Welcome, my name is Jim Merrick and I am the founder of Click
First Services LLC (Click First). I am a victim of fraud and my own ignorance.
Now I am on a mission. At first that mission was solely to use my experience to
educate consumers and help them identify and connect with people and businesses
they could trust. Over time, as I became more educated and discovered the vast
array of resources already available to consumers, a new door was opened to new
and exciting opportunities. Today, in addition to helping consumers protect
themselves from fraud and deception, we also provide Internet marketing tools
for merchants that make them much more visible online and which enable them to clearly
identify themselves as one of  The Best Local Business^™.  

The journey to this point has been enlightening, educational and
very rewarding. I have met some remarkable people along the way; many of them
have joined the Click First team and helped develop an ideological desire to only
do business with people and businesses you can trust into a useful product. In
reality it is much more than a product. It is an ideology that promotes
customer service and consumer protection. It is a tool to help businesses
manage their online presence and promote their reputation. It is a call to
action that engages customers, develops brand recognition and builds
relationships that lead to customer loyalty. It is incredibly sophisticated yet
